Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. Personalized products and gift cards are excluded from returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.
Delayed or failed refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank; there's often a processing time before your refund is posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@wildtension.com.
Please note: Similar to variable tax laws between countries or territories, the legality of importing certain items may vary from region to region. Be sure to familiarize yourself with local import regulations for the products you intend to purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their purchases comply with all local laws and regulations. We recommend doing your research before making a purchase to avoid any issues with your order.
Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if the item is unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. Personalized products and gift cards are excluded from exchanges.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, you will be mailed a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you must ship the item to: WildTension, 7 Greys Court, #D4816 Kingsland Grange, Warrington, WA1 4SH, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to arrive may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $55, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
